Whiteman Park

This park is situated to the East of Perth. The property was purchased from the original owners 'Whiteman Family' and is now owned by the State Government, so as to save the area form pollution. Perth gets it fresh water, from the bores on this property.
The area is open to the public and has shops, Railway, Tramway, Motor Museum and picnic areas.

Trams




At this time the trams used are from the Melbourne area. The members of the guild are working on restoring some of the old Perth trams that stopped running in 1952.

The trams connect all the picnic grounds.

The trains travel around the boarder of the park, as well as carry people about the picnic grounds.
