Mick reply :- Try, Max Wedge Performance ADDRESS:- 10 Jaffa Rd Dural 2158 Ph :- (02) 9651 3550 Mr Bill Laney I have purchased several "Willpower" manifolds from him and they work well. Yowee:- I had a very interesting conversation with Mr Bill Laney about his products. He can supply you with the Willpower manifold for $480.00 each. If I was able to get and order for 5 or more he could do them for $450.00 each. Bill was also saying that they have fuel injection systems available as well. Brett Mackenzie asked :- I am also interested if you have any info on whether there is a stroker kit available and if it is worth doing it to the motor? Mick reply :- Not to my knowledge, a 98mm piston will take the 4.4 to 5.0lt. Yowee :- When you take the engine up to 5 ltr you may need have Steel Tie up plate (cradle). I found Argo Engineering Pty Ltd 84 Swan St Morpeth 2321 (02) 4934 7099 Phill from Argo Racing indicated that he had made an aluminium cradle once for a 4.4 ltr racing motor. Phill said that he had manufactured the tieup plates for the Windsor motors. If you want a steel cradle (tieup plate) he was able to do one for approx $500.00. South Australia Club Steel cradles are also available from Precision Engine Parts, who have outlets in most states. They are a wholesaler but I have found they will sell to the public here in Adelaide. They also sell the piston and liner kits to go to 5 Litre for the P76 Brett Mackenzie asked :- I also would like to find out what other distributors can fit the engine, I have been told the 318 Val motor's distributor may fit. Is this so, as I am trying to fit an MSD distributor into the motor. Mick reply :- There is a magnetic pick up dizzy available for the 4.4lt this will run your M.S.D. try asking for a 215cu Buick.
